Together with CheckSailing we head from 29.08 to 05.09 2020 to Croatia, more precisely to Dubrovnik. Because that’s our home port. Yes right – home port. We will stay for a week on a yacht. Together with our own chef on board, we drive from Dubrovnik via a breathtaking route to Hvar and back again. Thus, there is enough time to experience, to enjoy but much more important there is enough time to eat.

For a week you spend a special kind of holiday and CheckSailing will lead you through a culinary journey that you will never forget. On a wonderful catamaran with large cabins, there is no more than 8 guests. As we want to create a private atmosphere. The own chef and the captain, our skipper, will be in charge and take care of making this week a very special one for you.

The inspiration in the Lešić Dimitri Palace on the island of Korčula are the beautiful gardens of the Adriatic coast – above and below sea level. They are especially associated with the local seasonal products from Korčula.

Continuing to a private bay to get to know real Croatian cuisine. Gambo is a family-run restaurant on Hvar Island. Local fish are the specialty. Their own fisherman catches the fish daily fresh and you can select it directly from their aquarium. The freshest fish, excellent local wines, an incredible private location and an unforgettable service.

Tuna is a must in Croatia and we have just the right place for it. Award-winning restaurant Nine on the island of Mljet. Known for its good fish cuisine and outstanding tuna.
